My candle is burning hollow! What do I do?

Our candles are designed to burn hollow for two reasons: - Firstly, leaving a shell of scented wax which is then heated by the flame is much more effective for releasing the scent into the room. It also provides a beautiful warm glow as the flame shines through the wax. - Secondly, it reduced mess, and increases safety.
Are your candles suitable for vegans?

Our wax is a food-grade paraffin wax, which is a byproduct of the oil industry. We also use a vegetable-based stearine in some of our candles, which is cruelty-free. Beeswax are clearly labelled to avoid confusion.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are conscious of reducing waste where possible for the good of our planet. Your order will be shipped with the minimum packaging required to keep your products safe without creating undue waste. As such we do not offer a gift wrapping service, but you can view options for messages at our checkout.
