CUSTOMER CARE
Customer care is the heart of everything we do. Our Wensley site is dog-friendly and open to families with children.
We do provide a ramp for disabled access, however please be aware that the road surface is very uneven and may not be suitable for customers who use a wheelchair.
We do not have toilets on site, however we recommend that you visit our neighbours at the Three Horseshoes pub for refreshments before or after your visit!

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously. All data is treated in accordance with UK GDPR regulations as part of our service.

Due to the hard work and care we put into making each individual candles, we do not currently have the capacity to produce bulk orders.
